Requests made less than 24 hours before start are usually non-refundable.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–14 business days.
General Cancellation Rules

- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time for most regular tours.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are typically non-refundable.
- No-shows are considered a non-refundable cancellation.
24-Hour Free Cancellation
For most standard tours operated by Travtur, we offer:
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
- A full refund if the cancellation is made within this period.
- Requests must be submitted through the official contact channels listed below.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable once booked:
- Attraction tickets and time-slot entries.
- Special events or seasonal activities.
- Private tours or yacht charters.
- Third-party-operated tours.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- No refund is issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time.
- No-shows are treated as a late cancellation and are non-refundable.
- Guests are responsible for arriving on time at the confirmed meeting point or pickup location.
Changes & Rescheduling
- We will always try to accommodate changes or rescheduling requests where possible.
- Requests made 24 or more hours before the tour start time may be free of charge.
- Requests made less than 24 hours before the tour start time may result in additional charges or may not be possible.

Processing of Refunds

Cancellations by Travtur Tourism L.L.C
In rare cases, Travtur may need to cancel a tour or service. This may be due to:
- Bad weather or unsafe conditions.
- Operational or technical issues.
- Minimum participant numbers not being met.
- Force majeure events.
In such cases, we will offer the option of rescheduling, a travel credit, or a refund in accordance with the specific tour conditions.
Force Majeure
Travtur is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions.
- Civil unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Health emergencies, pandemics, or official travel bans.
Third-Party Services & Partners
Some tours and services are operated by third-party providers. In these cases:
- The third party’s cancellation and refund rules may apply.
- Travtur will assist you in communicating with the provider, but we must follow their terms and conditions.
Partially Used Services
Once a service has started, partially used services are generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
